[vc_row font_color=”#000000″][vc_column width=”2/3″][vc_column_text]Born into an entrepreneurial family in Chicago, Illinois, Jeff’s first introduction to the business world came at the age of 10 when he manned the cash register and serviced customers in his father’s office supply store. By the end of the 1980’s however the once thriving family store was forced to close its doors, unable to compete with the onslaught of the chain store era. The incident sparked off Jeff’s quest to understand the secret of business success.

Determined to rise quickly in the business ranks, Jeff made all the standard educational choices. After graduating from a private college prep high school in Chicago he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing at the Northern Illinois University in DeKalb. While gaining experience with large companies such as Disney, Northwestern Mutual and Amoco Oil, Jeff eagerly took on a broad array of employment in order to discover the key principles of business. He delivered pizzas, washed dishes, did telemarketing and worked as a salesperson for a clothing store, but still lacked the answers he needed.

In 1994 he came across a method of management used by a national Dental Practice Management firm. He immersed himself in study and put the theory into practice, witnessing uniformly workable results. Jeff soon became a dominant player and became the top sales person brining in millions of dollars in business for the company. During his 15 years with the company he personally consulted with over 10,000 dentists over the phone and in person, gaining a unique perspective and understanding of the challenges and opportunities in dentistry.

In February 2009, Jeff decided that he wanted to prove to himself that he could not only advise and sell dentists on how to grow their dental practice, but that he could actually grow a dental practice if he was executing the strategies and tactics myself.

Jeff took on his first personal business challenge – a struggling dental practice in Western Pennsylvania. Not only was the nation moving into the worst recession in decades, the town had a total population of 3,000 with 20% of the population living at or below poverty level and unemployment was well above the national and state average.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][grve_single_image image_type=”image-caption” image=”2287″ custom_title=”Jeff Palmer- Case Acceptance Coach”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row font_color=”#000000″][vc_column][vc_column_text]Jeff, forming a partnership with his father in law and Dentist Dr. Thomas Bursich, they turned the practice around and within 90 days the practice had its highest ever production and income in its 27 year history, eventually helping create a highly productive fee for service practice.

Desiring to move to Northern Virginia they transitioned out of that practice and purchased a small startup practice in Sterling Virginia. That practice doubled in production in 2014 and will double again in 2015.

Case Acceptance Academy was founded to train dentists and their administrative staff how to make production and income predictable and fun and deliver a great patient experience that generates patient referrals.

Having created a system of training for the dentist and front desk staff after years of testing, Jeff is passionate about helping other business owners to experience financial prosperity and a brighter future. He knows that even in these challenging economic times, it is possible to expand ones business as long as one has the right formula.
