Course Description

To train dental treatment coordinators on successful strategies used when presenting large treatment plans. The focus of this interactive workshop is to improve the communication & organization skills through demonstration and role playing real world scenarios resulting in consistently closing big cases.

Course Objectives

  • Role play to improve communication skills to quickly increase the patient desire to take action to start treatment.
  • Improve skills in using effective closing techniques that increase case acceptance, patient retention and trust.
  • Gain confidence handling different scenarios overcoming the most common and challenging financial and “I want to wait” objections. This is not just theory but role examples with proven communication skills that build trust.
  • Certainty of how to determine if a patient objection real or just an excuse or complaint to procrastinate unnecessarily.
  • Understand how to set and make over the counter collection goals with laser precision.
  • How to stay motivated and inspired to make your collection goal despite resistance and setbacks.
  • How to track and manage treatment plans ensuring no patient falls through the cracks.
  • You will role play to improve communication with patients over the phone and face to face.
  • The objective is for treatment coordinators and doctors to learn proven skills and systems of how to work together as one effective and cohesive team to help more patients get the treatment they need and want without being pushy or sounding like a used car salesman.

Registration Policy: The number of registrations is limited for each course, and registration is accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Full tuition payment must accompany all registration forms. Upon receipt of the registration form and tuition fee, Case Acceptance Academy will send you written confirmation. Confirming registrants who are unable to attend the course can obtain a refund by notifying Case Acceptance Academy in writing no later than 14 days prior to the course date. Cancellations past that date will be subject to an additional penalty. Case Acceptance Academy reserves the right to cancel a course no later than 14 days prior to the course date. Please be aware that Case Acceptance Academy is not responsible for reimbursement of a non-refundable airline ticket or any other travel expenses in the event that a course is cancelled. Continuing education credits awarded in the United States for participation in the CE activity may not apply toward license renewal in all states, countries or provinces. It is the responsibility of each participant to verify the requirements of their state, country or province.
