This two day workshop will cover detailed steps to improve your new patient scheduling and organize your case presentations to increase case acceptance. This is an effective team approach. The workshop is interactive with manuals, practice customize-able forms and role playing to improve implementation and results. The workshop will address the most important skills of new patient scheduling, covering proven tactics that raise new patient show rates. The course will educate you on the skills necessary to improve patient engagement, ultimately increasing treatment acceptance. A step by step process will be laid out, in detail, training the front desk and clinical team on how to improve patient relationships and thereby increasing practice revenue.

Confirming registrants who are unable to attend the course can obtain a refund by notifying Case Acceptance Academy in writing no later than 14 days prior to the course date. Cancellations past that date will be subject to an additional penalty. Case Acceptance Academy reserves the right to cancel a course no later than 14 days prior to the course date. Please be aware that Case Acceptance Academy is not responsible for reimbursement of a non-refundable airline ticket or any other travel expenses in the event that a course is cancelled. Continuing education credits awarded in the United States for participation in the CE activity may not apply toward license renewal in all states, countries or provinces.
